Anita speaks on innovation leadership as both practitioner and researcher. She spent more than a decade in senior leadership at the LEGO Group, co-created the Agile–Stage-Gate® hybrid model with Dr Robert G. Cooper, and today is COO of the Novo Nordisk Foundation CO₂ Research Center — so her keynotes move between peer-reviewed evidence and the day-to-day reality of running innovation inside large organisations.
